Our Topographical Surveys

Our company goal is to produce professional, detailed and accurate topographical surveys and that is what we do. We cover the Midlands and Staffordshire areas surveying plots for development from the single plot to 100+ properties.
We can taylor your specific requirements but most detail typically includes kerbs, wall, steps, hedges, fences, buildings with eaves and ridge heights, manhole and service covers, tree detail with approx spread and diameter and levels. Our surveys are related to OSD using the GPS unit (except when there is no signal in the area which is rare these days.)

We at Site Data invest in some of the latest technology including site equipment such as our Leica Total Stations and Lecia GPS unit. We also train our teams to use a range of software including McCarthy Taylors LSS and Auto CAD programmes. Keeping up to date with the latest developments brings more accurate surveys, quicker site turnarounds and more job satisfaction for our staff. We produce all our surveys on Auto CAD along with a PDF copy and can supply paper copies if required
As you should expect with all trades we carry all relevant insurances to undertake our work. We have professional indemnity insurance with up to £2m cover and also have employers' and public liability insurance. Our staff are also trained in aspects of health and safety with over half of our staff having undertaken a first aid at work course. We have PPE for all our staff members.
We provide fixed fees before undertaking a survey so you will know the final cost before we begin. We quote on each job and costs depend on size and detail on the individual sites. Quotes are always free and unless complex returned in 1-3 days. It is best to send us an outline and any specification to admin@site-data.co.uk for us to provide you with a quote.
